Rules for all riders participating in a ride with the Alameda Scooter Club:
· Wear suitable clothing and approved head protection
· Have a registered, insured, roadworthy machine
· You participate entirely at your own risk and the organizers and/or the Alameda Scooter Club are not responsible for your safety
· You are traveling on open, public roads and are responsible for your own safety and compliance with all road rules and laws.
· Conduct that causes nuisance, damage to, or theft of the property or persons of third-parties is absolutely prohibited.
The ASC retains the sole right to censure and, if considered warranted, to discipline/ban/expel a rider who flouts the rules as described.

This website is all about riding motorscooters in the East Bay Area of Northern California. We are not into officers, dues, duties, etc. We just want to ride at least once a month, so that we can get our small scooter riding "fix" in. So, if you're near the East Bay, or just like to ride, come on out!! Everyone is welcome, no matter what you ride!
